    Sales Executive (Agri,Hardware Cooperate)

    Responsibilities 

    • Prospect, identify, and acquire new B2B accounts across assigned territories, specifically targeting large-scale farms, hardware distributors, and corporate clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with farm managers, hardware store owners, and corporate procurement heads to ensure high retention and repeat business.
    • Present and demonstrate technical product features tailored to the specific needs of farmers (agri-inputs/machinery), hardware dealers (construction/tools), and corporate offices.
    • Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals that maximize profit margins while remaining competitive in the market.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets set by the Sales Manager.
    • Gather and report on field intelligence regarding agricultural trends, hardware competitor pricing, and corporate procurement cycles.
    • Ensure company products are prominently displayed at eye-level and in prime front-of-store locations within retail hardware outlets.
    • Coordinate closely with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure seamless bulk deliveries to remote farms and corporate warehouses.
    • Monitor customer payment terms and ensure timely collections/receivables management from both credit-tied corporate clients and dealer networks.
    • Follow up on deliveries and collaborate with the Customer Service Department to swiftly resolve any issues regarding product damages or returns at the dealer or farm level. ·
    • Professionally represent the company at agricultural field days, trade shows, hardware exhibitions, and high-level corporate meetings.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of proven field sales experience, specifically dealing with farms, hardware retail networks, or corporate B2B clients (experience in manufacturing, building materials, or FMCG is highly desirable).

    Dispatch Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily dispatch and delivery activities.
    • Ensure timely loading and dispatch of finished goods to customers.
    • Track fuel consumption of all company trucks and prepare accurate monthly reports.
    • Ensure timely renewal of all vehicle documents, licenses, insurance covers, and county permits.
    • Handle police-related issues involving company vehicles and drivers.
    • Monitor attendance and performance of drivers and turn boys while on route through random calls and verification.
    • Address staff concerns raised by drivers and turn boys and escalate appropriately.
    • Report all accidents involving company trucks to the insurance company promptly and accurately.
    • Follow up with the insurance company for timely processing and reimbursement of claims.
    • Maintain accurate dispatch records, delivery notes, proof of delivery (PODS), and other documentation.
    • Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints related to deliveries.
    • Support the Dispatch Manager in preparing monthly dispatch performance reports.
    • • Account for all petty cash issued to staff.
    • • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Dispatch Manager.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or fleet operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Good knowledge of transport regulations, insurance claims, and fleet management.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic dispatch or tracking systems.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

    Sales Executive (Industrial Products)

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect, identify, and acquire new industrial and manufacturing accounts within assigned territories or factory zones.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with factory managers, procurement heads, and engineering teams to secure repeat business and service contracts.
    • Present and demonstrate technical specifications, machinery, or industrial consumables to plant engineers and technical decision- makers.
    • Prepare accurate technical quotations, negotiate bulk pricing structures, and close high-value B2B sales deals.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and volume targets set by the Sales Manager.
    • Gather field intelligence on manufacturing trends, competitor product offerings, and upcoming industrial projects.
    • Coordinate closely with Production, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure precise order fulfillment and custom product configurations.
    • Monitor client payment schedules and ensure timely collection of receivables in accordance with agreed corporate credit terms.
    • Follow up on equipment deliveries and collaborate with the Customer Service and Technical Support departments to handle product modifications or warranty claims at the client's site. ·
    • Professionally represent the company at industrial trade shows, manufacturing expos, and corporate procurement meetings. Identify emerging market demands to suggest new industrial product lines, spare parts, or efficiency-driven solutions.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Marketing, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience specifically within an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy machinery environment.
