KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, oversee and manage daily production operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure product quality, food safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage production resources, including manpower, machinery and raw materials.
• Drive process improvement, cost efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Production Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in a production management role in an FMCG manufacturing environment (wheat flour, maize flour or animal feeds). Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and team management skills.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales and revenue.
• Acquire corporate clients, group bookings, events and catering business.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and represent the restaurant at events.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in business development or sales (preferably in hospitality, corporate sales, catering, events or a similar role).
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and flexible hours when required.
