    Job Description

    We are seeking a Recruiter SP responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of caregivers for our Home Care agency. This role is essential in attracting, screening, hiring, and onboarding qualified caregivers who meet regulatory standards and align with our mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality home care services.

    The Recruiter SP will work closely with operations and scheduling teams to ensure adequate caregiver coverage and support the agency’s growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Caregiver Recruitment & Sourcing: recruit caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and non-medical) through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and hiring events.
    • Maintain a consistent pipeline of active, qualified caregiver candidates.
    • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, availability, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for caregiver candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Screening, Compliance & Documentation: verify caregiver credentials, licenses, certifications, and work authorization.
    • Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, TB tests, and reference checks in compliance with state and federal regulations.
    • Ensure caregiver files are complete, accurate, and compliant with Home Care licensing standards.
    • Onboarding & Collaboration: manage caregiver onboarding, orientation, and required documentation.
    • Work closely with operations and scheduling teams to align caregiver availability with client needs.
    • Enter and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HR system.
    • Reporting & Performance Tracking: track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and caregiver turnover.
    • Provide regular recruitment updates and staffing reports to leadership.
    • Identify opportunities to improve caregiver recruitment and onboarding processes.

    Requirements & Skills

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
    • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer-facing roles.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer skills and experience with recruitment or HR systems.
    • Experience recruiting caregivers or healthcare/home care staff.
    • Knowledge of home care regulations and compliance standards.

    Operations & Case Management

    • Complete administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and office coordination

    Scheduler – Healthcare / Home Care (On‑Site | Night Shift)

    We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with a strong background in Healthcare or Home Care and an excellent level of English (90%+ spoken and written). This role is responsible for managing caregiver and patient schedules, coordinating appointments and interviews, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Schedule and coordinate appointments and shifts for caregivers, clients, and patients.
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to confirm, adjust, and manage schedules.
    • Communicate constantly with staff, clients, and management to ensure service quality.
    • Manage interview and meeting schedules, including confirmations and last‑minute changes.
    • Support recruitment, hiring processes, orientations, and basic HR administration.
    • Assist with payroll support tasks such as timesheet verification and data entry.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and perform general administrative and on‑call coordination duties.

    Work Schedule (On-Site)

    • Monday – Thursday: 16:00 – 09:00
    • Friday: 16:00 – 23:59
    • Saturday: 00:00 – 23:59
    • Sunday: 00:00 – 09:00

    Requirements

    • Excellent English proficiency (90% or higher).
    • Previous experience as a Scheduler, preferably in Healthcare or Home Care.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and empathy.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally.
