    • Develop, jointly with the Commercial and Finance Manager, approved customer service charter, strategies and operating plans that reflect the long-term corporate goals and priorities of the company.

    • Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations or journalism or equivalent from a recognized institution;
    • At least five (5) years relevant experience, 3 of which at a management level
    • Relevant Computer Software Packages;
    • Report writing skills;
    • Management and supervisory skills;

    Responsibilities for the Procurement Manager Job

    • Preparation and implementation of annual procurement plans for the Company.
    • Ensure smooth, speedy and efficient procurement of goods and services for various departments

    Quality Assurance Manager

    Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Manager Job

    • Develop and implement water quality surveillance schedules and activities in all Areas and Schemes.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of water safety plan
    • Coordinate all environmental pollution control activities to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines.
    • Prepare manpower and budgetary planning for the section;
    • Administers and directs all laboratory activities on quality assurance control, research and technical investigation; and

    ICT Officer

    Responsibilities for the ICT Officer Job

    • Formulation, interpretation and application of ICT policies, procedures, rules and regulations;
    • Ensure that there is adequate system integrity and security, including physical safety and security of the computer hardware;
    • Keep abreast with changes in technology and advise management on upgrades or purchase of new technology as appropriate;

    • Satisfactorily served in the grade of ICT Officer or a comparable position with similar responsibilities in like organizations for at least five (3) years

    Chief Accountant

    Responsibilities for the Chief Accountant Job

    • Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual management and financial reports
    • Advise management on revenue and costing issues
    • Preparation of cash flows forecasts;
    • Prepare timely and accurate financial budgets and forecasts by consolidating individual departmental budgets
    • Analyze budget and other financial variances (such as product margins) and advise Finance Manager accordingly.
    • Provide financial information to senior management, including monthly management/financial accounts and budget reports;
    • Monitor Creditors’ payments including petty cash and reconciliation;

    • Have attended training in management;
    • Conversant with donor reporting requirements
    • At least five (5) years relevant experience, 3 of which at a management level
    • Prior experience in managing a large organization/busy environment
