    Site Engineer

    Site Engineer Job Duties

    • 2G/3G/LTE with batteries back up commissioning
    • LTE Upgrade from 2G/3G
    • Trouble shooting on Hardware issue/traffic performances, sector swap
    • Trouble shooting on antenna system (RF) with complex feeders sharing between different technologies (up to DCS/EGSM/U21/U9/LTE1800/LTE2600
    • Sector/Capacity upgrade on 2G
    • Site Installation/implementation inspection report
    • Daily reporting on activity/site rollout follow up to coordinator
    • Support to other department for site preparation: Construction/Transmission team
    • Conduct site survey and prepare site survey report.
    • Management subcontractor to achieve the entire project milestone.
    • Quality management of site rollout including subcontractor installation, integration, commissioning, acceptance and as-built report.

    Requirements for the Site Engineer Job

    • Deep knowledge on Wireless field DCS/EGSM/UMTS2100/UMTSU900,LTEï¼›
    • Strong knowledge on BSS (BSC/BTS), RNC/Node B and LTE knowledge
    • Background with commissioning and integration of 2G/3G equipment with commissioning and integration of
    • LTE 800 Basic knowledge on transmission MW equipment such as Ericsson, Huawei, NEC.
    • Three to five plus years of technical experience in telecommunication with a minimum or three years of relevant progressive experience.
    • Relevant higher technical education or Bachelor of Science in telcom engineering.

    Salary range: 150,000kes-200,000kes,gross salary per month

    Controls, Compliance And Excellence Controller (Cce) Job Responsibilities

    KPI and Reporting Management

    • Meeting or exceeding the Key KPIs relating to this section which incl. but are not limited to Inventory
    • Accuracy, daily stock reconciliation, stock-take management, breakages and loss management etc
    • Developing and implementing daily, weekly and monthly reports which provide visibility on operational performance for support and key decision making.
    • Assessing existing KPIs and Reports and enhancing them in order to increase Customer Satisfaction,
    • Operational Performance, Service Excellence etc

    Controls, Compliance & Ethics Management

    • Driving the CCE agenda on site by ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, Code of Business Conduct, , Government & Tax Authority regulations.
    • Working closely with Security Controller, Operations Manager & HR Controller to ensure closure on all investigation findings as well as provide recommendations to enhance controls.
    • Developing, evaluating and implementing risk management processes and procedures to minimize company risk and reputation at all times.

    Operational Excellence Management

    • Reviewing operational performance and providing continuous improvement solutions and initiatives to drive efficiency, minimize cost/waste etc
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve client complaints
    • Control operational spend by increasing efficiency and minimizing costs.

    People Management

    • Liaising with HR to recruit, train, develop and retain employees within the section.
    • Building good employee relationships and manage the team and their performance for success.
    • Demonstrating leadership with team-oriented interpersonal skills and effectively interfacing with a broad range of people and roles.

    Qualifications for the Controls, Compliance And Excellence Controller (Cce) Job

    • First degree in Finance/Accounting, Operations or Supply Chain Management
    • Professional Certification in CPA/ACCA/APICS/CIPS.
    • At least 5 years’ experience in any of the following fields; external/Internal Audit, supply
    • Chain/Operations/Inventory Management,risk/Governance/Compliance Management
    • Understanding of generally accepted Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Auditing SOPs and KPIs.
    • Working knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
    • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen is an added advantage

    Junior Programmatic Trader

    Responsibilities for the Junior Programmatic Trader Job

    Campaign optimisation

    • Daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver campaign budgets and ordered units
    • Daily campaign optimisation using BI (Business Intelligence) tools and excel based data analysis.
    • Weekly analysis of top performing domains
    • Weekly update of based on brand safety tools.
    • Minimum weekly analysis of 3rd party statistics

    Reporting

    • Daily reporting updates for Senior Traders
    • Weekly reports to agency partners
    • Weekly report of management statistics for their campaigns (performance, pacing etc.)
    • Ad hoc reporting requested by senior traders
    • Familiarity with MetaDSP platform and all major trading platforms

    Career Development

    • Develop an understating of A/B and split testing methodologies
    • Deploy testing methodologies on campaigns under the direction of Senior Traders
    • Actively take part in new product testing and implementation; proactively feedback to Senior Traders and local head.
    • Develop an understanding of the wider programmatic ecosystem and the modern media agency

    Junior Programmatic Trader Job Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or in an analytical or quantitative discipline.
    • Graduate or new industry entrant

    Key Competencies

    • Analytical skills
    • Highly numerate and comfortable with data processing and interpretation
    • Interested in technology and motivated to learn more about new technology developments
    • A keen problem solver
    • Previous active experience with data processing and analysis platforms desirable, but not required
    • An understanding of web delivery technology, especially marketing technology (e.g. cookies, adservers, http protocols)
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Excellent organizational, project management skills with the ability to work under tight timelines
    • Fluency in written and verbal English.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication and presentation to stakeholders, including management, marketing, creative, production, local agencies and outside vendors
    • Good attention to detail and process oriented
    • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to take initiative
