    Marketing Executive

    The ideal candidate will be a Kenyan citizen who has the following:

    Key Qualifications
    Professional Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field would be an added advantage
    • Professional Training in Marketing
    • Membership of MSK
    • Knowledge of Graphic Design
    • Over 3 years’ in a similar/related role, preferably working for a private members club

    Knowledge in Technical Areas (experience);
    Key Duties
    The Marketing Executive is responsible for:

    • Coming up with a Marketing strategy for Club.
    • Increasing revenue through enrolling new members to the Club.
    • Coordinating events within the Club as a revenue line.
    • Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, ability to conduct a SWOT analysis, and establish targeted market share.
    • Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
    • Enhancing social media presence of the Club
    • Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
    • Creating awareness of the Club in the market for proper positioning.
    • Preparing promotional event flyers for Club Events.
    • Confirming with HODs on the upcoming events and posting them on the website and social media platforms.
    • Developing customer satisfaction programs.
    • Improving total quality of the Club in liaison with other managers.
    • Ensuring awareness of the Club events and services to the existing members.
    • Maintaining and updating information on the Club’s website.
    • Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct meal leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs.
    • Managing Media and information dissemination.
    • Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
    The Marketing Executive will report to the Club Manager on issues related to Club Marketing.

    Food and Beverage Supervisor

    The ideal candidate will be a Kenyan citizen who has the following:

    Key Qualifications
    Professional Qualifications and Experience

    • Diploma in Food & Beverage and above
    • Working experience on both Bar and Restaurant is recommended.
    • Management and Supervisory skills
    • Over 5 years’ experience in supervision in hospitality industry

    Knowledge in Technical Areas (experience);
    Key Duties
    The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for:

    • Ensure there is sufficient stock and equipment both at the bar and the restaurant at all times.
    • Booking functions and ensuring proper services are rendered for smooth running.
    • Planning, organizing and supervision of Waiters and Bartenders.
    • Oversee to ensure cleanliness is observed at the Bar and Restaurant
    • Ensure personal grooming of all the staff in the department
    • Training of new staff
    • Growth and development of staff for succession planning
    • Ensure the Members and guests are served effectively.
    • Ensure health and safety of the department
    • Check work progress and ensure Performance Management reviews are carried out for the team.
    • Handle any complain that may arise from the Members/Guests
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the teams in the Bar and Restaurant
    • Handle staff issues that may arise before escalating to the F&B Manager
    • Assist in serving as and when required.
    • Participate in end month stocktaking at the kitchen and the bar for reconciliations
    • Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
    • The Food and Beverage Supervisor will report to the Food and Beverage Manager on the productivity and operations of the department and enforce smooth operations of the Bar and Restaurant to ensure members and guests are served satisfactorily.

    Cost Controller

    The ideal candidate will be a Kenyan citizen who has the following:

    Key Qualifications
    Professional Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or Business related field
    • Management and Supervisory skills
    • Over 3 years’ experience in similar position
    • Excellent knowledge in computer with experience in Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent processing experience with accounting softwares

    Key Duties
    The Cost Controller is responsible for:

    • He/She will be in charge of planning and managing all Club cost concern.
    • Organizing the cost controlling system.
    • Organizing the asset controlling system.
    • Organizing the storage and receiving system.
    • He/She will be in charge of managing the Food and Beverage cost function.
    • Tracking record of all costing issues.
    • Preparing daily outlet sales analysis.
    • Monitoring any discrepancies and taking appropriate measures if any are found.
    • Checking of outlet liquor stock book and verifying the sale quantity.
    • Monitoring and participating the monthly physical inventory of Store, Kitchen and outlet for Food and Beverage.
    • Preparation of monthly Food and Beverage Cost report.
    • Menu pricing updating in the Club System.
    • Bi-monthly market cost survey to align suppliers’ prices with Club Cost goals per budget.
    • The Cost Controller will report to the Club Accountant.

    Audit Assistant

    The ideal candidate will be a Kenyan citizen who has the following:

    Key Qualifications
    Professional Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in related field
    • Previous experience of working within the hospitality or sports industry
    • Internal auditing experience would be advantageous
    • Good understanding of Food Safety and knowledge of HACCP principles
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and Access

    Knowledge in Technical Areas (experience);
    Key Duties
    The Audit Assistant is responsible for:

    • Ensuring maximum revenue collection by checking receipts and maintaining the Quality Management System.
    • Advising on reviewing and updating of policies and procedures when required.
    • Ensuring the facility user is duly authorized by having a membership card, gym card temporary card as case by case.
    • Updating written attendance lists and submitting reports in a timely manner.
    • Ensuring cards details are electronically signed in.
    • Carrying out internal audits as required.
    • Carrying out spot checks on weekly and monthly basis.
    • Reconciling daily attendance list against receipts issued.
    • Providing reporting information for operations and management meetings.
    • Reporting any payment related complaints.
    • Assisting in Clubs audits.
    • Reviewing and approving revenue analysis results.
    • Any other duty as may be assigned by management from time to time.

    The Audit Assistant will report to the Club Accountant and will assist in verifying the revenue collection at the Sports Sections of the Club.
