    Brand & Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Develop, manage and drive all aspects of marketing strategies to maximize the brands’ identity for the company in the country.
    • Analyze and research consumer opinions and competition; recommend marketing strategies and campaigns to align brand image.
    • Identify and create brand-right consumer and customer programs to increase brand awareness, attitudes and loyalty, encourage product adoption and generate leads
    • Manage current consumer awareness programs and develop ideas to increase participation
    • Communicate and ensure consistent brand messaging with partners and sponsors.
    • Organizing and ensuring input and brand plans for various key brands are well planned and executed within the country and East africa

    Data Entry Clerks

    Data Entry Clerks Job Responsibilities

    • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
    • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
    • Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
    • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
    • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
    • Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.
    • Secures information by completing data base backups.
    • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualifications for the Data Entry Clerks Job

    • Bachelors in business related field preferred
    • At least 1 year of experience in related field (preferably data entry and customer relations)
    • Ability to work with the transport intergrated Management system (TIMS)
    • Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a team

    Credit Control Supervisor

    Credit Control Supervisor Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

    • Drive debt collection from key accounts portfolio allocated to you
    • Monitor the internal cash tracker system to ensure prompt updates are done by the team on daily basis
    • Facilitate recording of received cheque payments and advise Accountant for appropriate allocation
    • Review and monitor the Credit Controllers’ performance on monthly basis or as regularly as maybe needed for performance to remain on track
    • Offer necessary guidance and support to Credit Controllers to complement efforts towards meeting collection targets
    • Handle all account escalation queries in line with internal escalation process
    • Liaise as needed with contracted debt collectors and offer required guidance and monitoring
    • Monitor accounts at legal escalation level alongside the Manager for appropriate follow up and action
    • Monitor all portfolio accounts to mitigate against debt roll over into longer debt categories, and ensure efforts are put to retain all debt under 0-180 category
    • Monitor compliance and guide Credit Controllers accordingly
    • Enforce credit policy and assure adherence to accepted standards
    • Proactively drive improvements in business processes and procedures, e.g. invoicing, follow up, and query/dispute management
    • Spearhead escalations and ensure prompt stop service on inactive accounts
    • Improve company cash cycle and enhance cash conversion as per KPIs

    Skills & Qualifications for the Credit Control Supervisor Job

    • Bachelors degree in B.Com (Accounting option)
    • Professional diploma course in Credit Management (Certified Credit Professional K is preferred) CPA K will also be considered
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit management, debt collection, and business risk management gained from the service industry
    • Good customer and negotiation skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Effective hands-on team supervisor able to lead a team of not less than 5 staff
    • Result oriented, energetic go getter ready to face new challenges
    • Ability to lead physical visits of defaulting customers and ultimate conversion

    Business Development Executive

    Business Development Executive Job Responsibilities

    • Negotiating and signing a series of Memorandum of Understanding agreements with pharmaceutical distributors to supply medication to low income pharmacies via the company’s system.
    • Building an understanding of the motivations and incentives at all levels of the pharmaceutical supply chain to influence stakeholder behaviours
    • Using client feedback to inform the structure and development of the pharmaceutical data generated by the system that will eventually become the core product for the company to sell to the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Developing relationships with the major pharmaceutical companies in the sub-Saharan African region to eventually purchase the data generated by the company’s system.
    • Building our market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

    Qualifications for the Business Development Executive Job

    • Must have extensive experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, experience working with large multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
    • Knowledge of the Kenyan pharmaceutical industry, especially contacts within the major pharmaceutical distributors and manufacturers is essential.
    • Existing contacts in the major pharmaceutical manufacturing companies across the region and an existing address book of regional contacts in Dubai and South Africa is preferred.
    • Applicant must have experience with analytics and data on pharmaceutical and health commodity consumption. Ideally this will be from both a technical sales and analyst perspective.
    • A strong academic record is not essential but a degree in either pharmacy or a biological or medical science is preferred.
    • Strong written English as well as advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills is an essential pre-requisite.
    • Should have sales experience in closing sales, motivation for sales, sales planning, selling to customer needs, presentation skills, a high energy level, meeting sales goals and a high degree of professionalism
