Responsibilities for the Security Agent Job

• Ensure effective gathering, analysis and dissemination of intelligence on trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in order to detect employees involved and about to be involved in drug trafficking.
• Ensure effective use/deployment of dogs.
• Ensure effective prevention and detection of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
• Ensure effective training of dogs.
• Ensure proper grooming, care and prompt treatment of dogs.

To provide, prepare and brief pilots with timely, adequate, updated flight documentations and relevant information so as to conduct safe flights.

Responsibilities for the  Flight Dispatcher Job

• Prepare process and provide all updated dispatch documentation and information for readiness of flight crew briefings.
• Provide timely briefing to flight crew, in conformity with Company policy and Air Navigation Regulations (ANR) for safe operation of the flights.
• Provide Aeronautical Information Service (AIS) and meteorological pre-flight briefing for all crews departing from Nairobi and other stations where applicable.
• Advise Load Control on any payload status on the sector(s) to be flown so as to maximize payload.
• File Air Traffic Control (ATC) flight plans with Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) in accordance with legal requirements.

Responsibilities for the Operational Audits Manager Job

• Plan, monitor implement and control operational audits to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations, adequacy and effectiveness of risk management processes, compliance with laws & regulations, and safeguard of assets.
• Ensure implementation of ERM in group to ensure management and the Board understands sources of risks and how to manage these building for capability
• Ensure implementation of CSA to equipment management with knowledge to assess business risks
• Allocate resources to assignments to ensure effective execution
• Review work papers to ensure conformity to standards for professional practice of internal auditing and meet audit objectives
• Review draft audit reports to ensure conformity to internal audit standards and to meet target audit needs while adding value to the business.
• Participate in client planning and close out meetings to agree audit objectives, scope and recommendations and implementation schedule
• Develop, train and manage assigned staff
