    Parts Field Sales Executive

    (REF: AFS/HRBP/002)

    Reporting to the Parts Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:-

    • Aftersales service delivery and business development coordination in the assigned region.
    • Support Dealers in business planning.
    • Work with Dealers and Parts outlets to ensure parts availability.
    • Participate in marketing activities organized by Dealers in the assigned region.
    • Measure and communicate business results to Dealers to ensure Parts sales targets are met.
    • Prepare and present management reports to the Aftersales management team on Dealer performance.

    For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:-

    • BSc. in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
    • Three years working experience.
    • Computer literate in MS Office packages.
    • Good interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of spare parts management will be an added advantage.

    Information Technology Administrator

    (REF: IT/HRBP/OO1)

    Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for e following functions:-


    • Planning, designing and monitoring of Servers and Datacentre requirements a r business plan.
    • Support and Maintenance. Patching and Administration of servers (both physical and virtual), including hardware, OS, Storage and Microsoft products.
    • Maintain Active Directory and implementing required policies.
    • Set up, configure, and support internal and external IT infrastructure systems. Manage servers, LAN/WAN, and telecommunications systems.
    • Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software and hardware through the IT Help Desk system.
    • Liaise with users, hardware and software vendors and internal systems owners to fine tune systems hardware and software for all systems.
    • Operations of backup tools and testing of disk and data recovery solutions on all business systems.
    • Maintenance of systems documentation and procedures. Monitor, administer and maintain system security.
    • Participation in feasibility studies and testing for new IT infrastructure components.

    For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:-

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science /Information Technology.
    • Professional qualifications (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), ITILv3f or equivalents).
    • Minimum three years working experience in a busy IT environment.
    • Experienced in Windows Computing infrastructure.
    • Office 365 (Exchange Online, One Drive for Business, SharePoint Online) and Active Directory Services, Lync/Skype for Business.
    • Working knowledge of Virtualization platforms.
    • Good Knowledge in BI, SQL, SAP R4.6 and above, SAGE.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure meet deadlines.

    Leasing Coordinator

    (REF: AFS/HRBP/OO1)

    Reporting to the Technical & Aftersales Development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:-

    • Manage operational activities in the Leasing Business unit.
    • Support growth of Leasing business
    • Booking vehicles for regular repairs and maintenance at Dealerships and authorized service outlets.
    • Coordinate recovery services of vehicles with outsourced service providers and ensure turnaround time in all aspects is adhered to.
    • Processing Dealer and Outsourced service provider invoices
    • Coordinate invoicing for lease rentals and out of contract repairs.
    • Preparation of monthly repairs and maintenance reports for lease contracts and schedule orders.
    • Preparation of leasing reports

    Purchasing Manager

    (REF: GPSC/HRBP/OO1)

    Reporting to the General Manager, Purchasing & Supply Chain the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:-

    • Supervision of the purchasing function.
    • Developing annual business plans for the Purchasing function.
    • Establish and deploy appropriate supply sourcing strategies.
    • Participate in sourcing execution and establish supplier base.
    • Coordinate stakeholder and sourcing recommendation reviews.
    • Approve purchases as per approval guidelines.
    • Maintain overall supplier management systems.
    • Proactively monitor costs and cost drivers, identify opportunities for cost reduction and initiate appropriate actions.
    • Participate in negotiating complex purchases.
    • Identify risks related to area of responsibility and develop necessary mitigation.
    • Drive compliance with procurement policies, cost reduction initiatives, supplier performance management and other relevant internal controls.

    For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:-

    • Bachelor's degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain or a business/technical related field.
    • Seven years purchasing experience with at least three years at supervisory level.
    • CIPS Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or its equivalent.
    • Membership of a professional body (KISM /CIPS).
    • Knowledge of SAP MM system application module desirable.
    • High level of integrity, interpersonal skills, business acumen, customer focus, negotiation and managerial courage.

    Heavy Truck Sales Manager

    (REF: SSM/HRBP/OO1)

    Reporting to the General Manager, Sales & Marketing, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:-

    • Identifying and securing heavy truck sales opportunities.
    • Work closely with the management team in the Dealer network in developing heavy truck business plans to achieve annual business goals.
    • Conduct heavy truck sales training and communicate updates to dealer sales staff.
    • Relationship management with Dealers, Key Accounts and Prospects.
    • Business monitoring through CRM System.

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Seven years relevant working experience.
    • Attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and negotiation skills.
