    Front Office Executive

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities

    • Promote Username corporate brand by ensuring the office constantly adorns the corporate image.
    • Procure office equipment and supplies and maintain a sufficient stock of office stationery and supplies.
    • Ensure all visitors are assisted promptly and professionally
    • Responding to customer queries
    • Managing correspondence and dispatch both internal and externally
    • Liaising with various service providers
    • Sets up and arranges meetings, facilities and travel arrangements as required
    • Maintaining files, materials, information, schedules and legal documents
    • Maintains office hygiene
    • Support staff on admin and operational issues
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • To ensure that the presentation of the office and the reception area is clean and immaculate at all times.
    • Oversee all services provided on a regular basis and ensure that all office running related bills are paid on time.
    • Assist the Human resources and management with internal event planning.
    • Control human traffic at the front office by efficiently linking visitors to their hosts
    • Managing office petty cash
    • Responding to calls for all assigned telephones
    • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
    • Filing and documentation of all office related payment vouchers, receipts, invoices.

    • To ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations, document control and compliance
    • Demonstrate competency in all operational aspects of reception including meeting scheduling, distributing mail, filing, and answering the phone, etc.

    Requirements for the Front Office Executive Job

    • 2 to 3 Years’ experience in office administration, front office or receptionist roles.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
    • Experienced providing executive assistance and support to management and staff.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Goodattention to detail, organized, efficient and decisive.
    • High degree of accuracy.
    • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to maintain a pleasant personality and calm down irate clients.
    • Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management.

    Client Relationship Manager

    The client relationship manager will be responsible for accelerating sales of the company’s properties and ensure good customer interface with prospective land buyers.

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities

    • Make calls and carry out product demonstration to clients and brief them about the location, benefits, prices and payment methods.
    • Identify clients, book appointments and arrange meetings with clients, companies, investment groups and other organized groups to present the company’s products.
    • Confirmation of Clients going to site
    • Carry out site visits to showcase the products to the clients.
    • Facilitate the plot booking process during the site visits
    • Follow up prospects till the execution of the sale and after sale.
    • Prepare sale agreements, transfer of title, land consent, letters of offer, receipts and other relevant documents required in the land purchase process
    • Ensure the clients provide all the required documentation to facilitate the transfer of title process
    • Participate and promote sales of products through adverts, site visits, expos, exhibitions and multiple listing services.
    • Keep in touch with clients to build a good relationship and strengthen the image of the company.
    • Follow up payments by clients sourced by self to ensure payment completion within agreed timelines
    • Give a weekly sales report on sales, achievements and challenges to the sales manager
    • Advise clients on market conditions, prices and related matters.
    • Presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing clients.
    • Identifying sales opportunities and presenting benefits and key features of products effectively to acquire new business.
    • Searching proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets and following up on new leads and referrals.
    • Developing and maintaining sales materials and current product knowledge.
    • Managing the agreed levels of calling activity to raise revenue or volume streams as advised by your team leader.
    • Adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
    • Attending trade shows to exhibit products/services or conferences to keep abreast of the latest products and trends.

    Requirements for the Client Relationship Manager Job

    • Any business related degree
    • 2-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing would be an advantage.
    • Excellent commercial acumen coupled with a business development track record 
    • Self-motivated, flexible and open to change.
    • Strong planning, organizing, reporting and networking skills.
    • A natural communicator with excellent negotiation, persuasive, presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels.
    • Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet high sales targets and to cope under demanding pressure.
    • Trustworthy, professional and reliable when dealing with confidential information.

    Marketing Manager

    The marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering high level quality and innovative business development and marketing strategies for the real estate sector. As a manager and a team leader the job holder shall be expected to design and implement a marketing strategy that nurtures fresh perspectives and ultimately lends the firm a competitive advantage.

    Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Implement the organization’s marketing strategies and project expected marketing volume
    • Managing the Marketing program, CRM and provide leadership & direction of online advertisements
    • Work closely with the Head of Business Development to suggest adjustments of selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
    • Overseeing all communication, PR and promotional activities selected to support Username investment limited. This includes design, production, and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response plus radio and television spots needed for broadcast campaigns
    • Proactively seeking ways to streamline daily marketing processes and procedures, minimize marketing expenses while developing annual forecasts.
    • Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines.
    • Conducting research using comparable properties in the market.
    • Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals set
    • Reporting departmental team activities and cascading management decisions to the team.
    • Organizing and coordinating marketing activities and events.

    Sales Manager

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through selling of company products and motivating and leading the Sales team. As a manager and a team leader the job holder shall be expected to design and implement a sales strategy that supports company growth whilst offering advanced company products.

    Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Developing, implementing and reviewing sales strategy, plans and processes
    • Managing sales executives’ team and individual performance and related post performance appraisal processes.
    • Strategic monthly & weekly brainstorming meetings with all sales executives within the department.
    • Preparation of the departmental budgets in coordination with the finance department
    • Conducting daily, weekly and monthly sales reviews.
    • Capacity building in sales department in coordination with the HR department

    Requirements for the Sales Manager Job

    • Over 5 years’ experience in sales (2) of which must be in a managerial or supervisory position.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required.
    • Strong analytic skills, including ability to independently conduct real estate market research, sales trends and budgets
    • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging sales channels
    • Demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly, verbally and in writing
    • Strong computer skills, including high level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
    • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage productive relationships with sales team, management, customers and the community
    • Creativity, entrepreneurial, and a self-driven attitude towards work, with a sense of humor
