Job Summary
The position reports directly to the Senior Resident Medical Officer at the Outreach Medical Centre with a dotted line of reporting to the Radiology Manager. The position as part of a multidisciplinary team is responsible for providing safe, efficient, high quality diagnostic imaging services through the use of modern imaging technology that includes digital X-ray machines, state of the art CT scanner, state of the art mammography unit, ultrasound machine and a state of the art MRI machine.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
• Higher National Diploma in Imaging Sciences
• Three (3) years working experience in similar position
• Registered and licensed by The Kenya Radiation Protection Board.
• Exposure to hospital management systems and good computer skills are key essentials for the job.
Job Summary
The position reports directly to the Senior Resident Medical Officer at the Outreach Medical
Centre with a dotted line of reporting to the Pharmacy Manager. The position is responsible for ensuring adequate inventory management in order to guarantee provision of day to day pharmaceutical services at the outreach medical centre.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology
• Three (3) years working experience in similar position preferably having both hospital set up and community pharmacy experience

Job Summary
The position reports directly to the Senior Resident Medical Officer at the Outreach Medical
Centre with a dotted line of reporting to the Medical Laboratory Manager. The position is responsible for providing accurate, correct, timely, safe and quality medical laboratory investigation services as demanded at the medical centre to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in compliance and harmony with the existing quality management system.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
• Degree and/or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Should be registered with Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologist
Board and also in possession of valid practicing license
• At least THREE (3) years working experience
• In depth knowledge regarding hospital wide quality initiatives ISO 15189 and JCIA will be an added advantage.
Job Summary
The position reports directly to the Senior Resident Medical Officer at the Outreach Medical Centre with a dotted line of reporting to the Nursing Services Director. The position is responsible for the provision of nursing care within acceptable standards of safety and quality to all patients received, managed and treated at the outreach medical centre including preparing patients for admission at the main hospital where need demands.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and/or Diploma in Community Health Nursing
• At least five (5 years) of clinical working experience, three of which should have been in the outpatient unit (Accident and Emergency section)
• Current and valid BLS and ACLS certification
• Excellent customer care and critical thinking skills
• Mature in character with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Summary
The position reports directly to the Senior Resident Medical Officer at the Outreach Medical Centre with a dotted line of reporting to the Patient Experience Manager. The position is responsible for the overall administrative function of the centre and works closely with the
SRMO to ensure smooth flow of patients from one service point to the next, adequate staffing, optimum stocks for effective running of the medical centre and comprehensive customer feedback management at all times including prompt escalation where need demands.
Key Responsibilities
• Receiving and correct registration of patients at the outreach medical centre.
• Obtaining of required pre-authorization from respective medical insurance providers to necessitate provision of medical service
• Responsible for correct billing for corporate clients and receipting for cash paying
• Responsible for timely banking of all cash collections, reconciliation and reporting
• Guide, advice, direct and offer assistance to patients whenever needed
• Supervise outsourced services e.g. cleaning services and ensure adequate cleanliness is maintained at all times.
• Responsible for ordering and efficient utilization of general stock items
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
• Degree and/or Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years working experience, two (2) years of this in a supervisory role preferably in the hospitality industry
• Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills and mastery level of customer service/care skills. Be able to teach and mentor others
• A team player with high level of interpersonal skills and integrity
Job Summary
The position reports directly to the Head of Outreach Health Centres with a dotted line report to the Medical Director, Nursing Services Director and other Heads of Support Services. It is responsible for providing both clinical and administrative leadership support to the overall running of the medical centre as well as providing diagnostic, curative, treatment and general care to patients. In addition the position also provides strategic lead to the medical centre.
Key Responsibilities
• History taking, review, examination, diagnosis, treatment and timely follow up of patients within acceptable safe and quality standards of care.
• Admission and referral of patients from the outreach centre to the main hospital
• Responsible for the daily operations of the outreach clinic including deployment, supervision and optimal utilisation of the available human resource at the centre
• Responsible for the growth of patient volumes and the overall bottom line performance of the outreach medical centre
• Actively participate in quality initiative programmes
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB or MBBS)
• Registered and licensed with the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board
• Minimum of three (3) years working experience after successful completion of the one year medical internship
• Experience, training or/and passion in business management will be an added advantage
