    Senior Supply Chain Manager

    Ensures internal and external customers’ expectations and requirements are met from end to end in each of the supply chains.

    Responsibilities for the Senior Supply Chain Manager Job

    • Manage daily operations to ensure a dependable and efficient supply chain for a distribution network of parts, filtration, engines and gensets (goods).
    • Manage, coach, and develop staff; work with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning
      Mitigate long term supplier constraints by collaborating with functional stakeholders.
    • Create common supply chain processes and procedures by establishing collaborative business partner relationships.
    • Develop, understand and improve necessary Key Performance Indicators and reporting thereof.
    • Analyse operational trends and develop corrective action plans.
    • Address supply chain failures/ risk events promptly to ensure operations stability; escalate as appropriate.
    • Prepare and manage an annual operating plan including expense resources, and capital.
    • Manage, coach, and develop staff; work with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
    • Ensures an effective supply chain operational controls environment including trade compliance.
    • Implement supply chain policies, procedures, processes and work instructions

    Skills Required

    • Supply Chain Knowledge – Completely understands the role of each function in the Supply Chain and how their Key Performance Indicators support the needs of end customers. Has been a leader in a number of Supply Chain functions.
    • Analytical Reasoning – Has an advanced understanding of analytical methodologies and the ability to utilize various statistical methodologies. Provides recommendations for business actions based on the conclusions drawn from analysis in a way that is meaningful to the business partner.
    • Fosters Open Communication – Shows outstanding active listening skills that draw out difficult or contentious information. Chooses the appropriate communication vehicle for the situation. Articulates a measurable communication strategy within group organizations
    • Establishes Plans – Demonstrated results indicating deep knowledge of establishing plans. Uses structured tools, processes and systems to plan initiatives and document work clearly
    • Manage Execution – Demonstrated results indicating deep knowledge of managing execution Applies a broad range of planning and monitoring tools. Defines planning and review practices that result in few missed milestones and minimal surprises. Monitors progress of others and redirects efforts when goals change or are not met. Measures effectiveness of execution through defined metrics and disciplined monitoring.

    Qualifications for the Senior Supply Chain Manager Job

    • B.S or BA in applicable field, MBA preferred
    • Significant level of relevant work experience required

    Dealer Development Manager

    The primary work will be to develop and deploy the necessary systems and processes that are required for the channelto execute the channel readiness activities, and assures that the parts, information, training and tooling requirements are executed in an aggressive manor relative to product penetration regionally.

    Responsibilities for the Dealer Development Manager Job

    • Communicate certification costs to branches and dealers.
    • Ensures the ability to deliver parts, information, tools, training, signs and contracts to service providers.
    • Executes certification for branches and dealers in Distributor territory.
    • Audits branches and dealers certification status.
    • Executes recertification process.
    • Manages profiles in service provider database.
    • Executes certification on Original Equipment Manufacturer and independent target dealer lists.
    • Coordinates channel training needs with local and regional training centers.

    Experience Required for the Dealer Development Manager Job

    • Relevant work experience, including supervisory experience preferred.
    • Channel Awareness – Ability to facilitate work with channel management organization and channel
      partners to more effectively meet the customer’s needs.
    • Focus on Customers Needs – Able to leverage network of customer contacts to attain customer
      specific information that will provide useful in making informed business decisions and increase
      understanding of customer needs.
    • Manage Execution – Solid understanding of how to manage execution. Manages the performance of
      self and others through the use of structured tools.
    • Delegates effectively and regularly with solid support and follow through.
    • Uses defined processes to manage execution.
    • Motivate Others – Some knowledge or awareness about how to motivate others. Pushes others
      when necessary to get things accomplished. Supports others in doing their best. Focuses on bottom-line
      results.
    • Issue Management – Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve exceptions to the project plan.
    • Manages project change, and continually balancing project plan triangle of scope, schedule and resources, and following-up on the countermeasures and action items to implement.
    • Sales Negotiations – Able to identify negotiating tactics used by customers and how to manage them. Familiar with Customer Market Profitability tools that can be utilized during negotiations.

    Qualifications and Competencies

    • College, university, or equivalent degree in Business or Engineering required.
