Responsibilities for the Workshop Management System Job

• Management have overall responsibility for ensuring that the requirements of this procedure are met.
• The Workshop Lead is responsible for the day-to-day requirements of this procedure.
• The Workshop Lead must manage liabilities to ensure legislative compliance and achievement of best practice to meet corporate objectives.
• The Workshop Lead must ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and relevant Tanzanian legislation. Supervise daily activities of vehicle repair and maintenance operation to ensure proper performance and safety of all company vehicles and equipment.
• Provide leadership and supervision for reporting staff to meet company deliverables. Ensure all equipment and assets are designed, built, serviced and maintained in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
• Ensure all workshop and yard operations are undertaken in a safe, efficient, cost effective and professional manner.
• Support the Group operations such that objectives are met at the required work performance standard and in accordance with company behaviours and values. Plan and produce a preventative maintenance schedule not only for mechanical work but also visual aspects.

Qualifications for the Workshop Management System Job

• Foundation course in health and safety in the workplace.
• Five years experience in vehicle repair/ maintenance.
• Minimum two years supervising/ managing experience.
• Must hold a degree in an engineering field.
• Advanced knowledge on Microsoft office suite.
• Training in time management and how to allocate tasks/ plan efficiently.
• Exposure to mechanical/technical environment minimum 1 year.

Responsibilities for the Business Analyst Job

• DRS Management per brand
• Maintain accurate and updated data in GAAP
• Timely programming of POS with promotions
• Check accuracy of pricing and costings
• Update and maintain supplier information in GAAP
• Product Costing
• Business trends analysis
• Train Site Accountants and Complex Managers on GAAP
• Generate adhoc reports for consumptions by management – all levels
• Update GAAP POS – all counters – Cost Prices, Selling Prices, Recipes
• Create and delete GAAP users
• Manage GAAP user database and access controls

Qualifications for the Business Analyst Job

• Bachelors degree/higher diploma in IT
• Certification in programming will be a definite advantage
• 2-3 years work experience in data management / financial analysis/ costings / controls etc
• Working knowledge of advanced Excel, Sql, Oracle and other data management systems
• 2 to 3 years working experience in Point of Sale Systems
