Job Purpose
The ideal candidates will manage SMES and Corporates in a region with key deliverables on sales volume, revenue, branch & products activation across region, product mix, Bank staff training, new business attaining and ownership on Customer Service and Delivery.
Key Critical Competencies, Skills and attributes
Good understanding of Both General and Life Insurance products
Ability to work with minimum supervision
At least 5 years' experience in Marketing or Underwriting in a busy insurance environment
Should be capable of managing the region assigned to them to ensure growth in sales. Responsible for achieving the client or activation targets of their specified region.
Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients and sales team.
Excellent presentation skills and intimate contacts with local business associations.
Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified region.
Required Qualifications
A University degree; insurance option, Risk Management, Actuarial Science or Business Related Degree
AIIK Diploma or progress in ACII (4 Credits)
Any business related diploma plus at least one year experience in Insurance Business
Job Purpose
The network administrator configures, deploys, monitors and maintains basic elements of the enterprise infrastructure bank ensuring the day to day operation and compliant with all applicable regulations. The Network Administrator role is to ensure the stability and integrity WAN/LAN voice, data, and wireless network services. The Network Administrator will participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, planning, designing, and developing local area networks(LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support and work with assigned engineers in the respective speciality areas.
Operate and maintain wide area networks, track significant problems, monitor performance, and perform upgrades to hardware and software as required.
Design and implement wide area networks including peripheral devices.
Configure, deploy, and maintain the bank enterprise network infrastructure across branch network.
Analyse issues on ground hardware issues, recommend solutions, implement minor work arounds.
Participate in planning, testing, and implementation of software and hardware upgrades.
Assist in-house and service provider end-user field engineers in deployment, troubleshooting, other IT professionals, and external customers in requesting security variances and implementation of subsequent configuration change requests.
Maintain documentation regarding network configurations, operating procedures, and service records relating to network hardware and software.
Support, Coach and guide Service Desk and Desk Side Support technicians in their incident response, directing incident first responder actions, and appropriately escalating issues.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
