JOB SUMMARY:

The Information Security auditor’s main role is to plan and conduct audits aimed at ensuring both clients and business services are secure. S/he ensures the identification of any security enhancements required in line with process and systems problems. S/he researches and avails best practice methodologies for IT security solutions. S/he provides an information security risk plan, policy and process to support client and business operations. S/he works with all business stakeholders to ensure security compliance.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, execute and lead security audits internally and externally for potential clients
• Review and evaluate information systems processes, procedures and security controls.
• Evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness and compliance of information systems.
• Execute and properly document the audit process on a variety of computing environments and computer applications
• Assess the exposures resulting from ineffective or missing control practices
• Accurately interpret audit results against defined criteria, weigh the relevancy, accuracy and perspective of conclusions against audit evidence
• Develop rigorous “best practice” recommendations to improve security on all levels
• Work with all stakeholders to ensure security recommendations comply with company procedure
• Liaise with the internal auditor for quality reviews of the reports.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree and in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field
• Working knowledge of regulatory and industry data security standards
• ITIL, PCI/DCI, ISO 27001 and COBIT Frameworks

Certifications

• CISA: Certified Information Systems Auditor
• CISM: Certified Information Security Manager
• CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional

JOB SUMMARY

Develop new business relationships and generate new income in your specified vertical. Be knowledgeable of all our Connectivity, Cloud, Communication and Carrier solutions and the value proposition they offer our clients’ businesses. Analyze and understand your target market’s business drivers and have the ability to articulate the value proposition of our ICT solutions to them. Apply specific experience to develop solution propositions for new customers.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for delivery of the metrics set in the quarterly accountability matrixes as defined by the Sales Execution Framework
• Develop and manage new business with the existing scope of products and services to meet and exceed set revenue targets;
• Develop deep relationships within targeted customers.
• Engage with customers at executive level (MD, FC and ICT Manager Level), to understand their business needs, to leverage our Solutions to meet the customer’s business needs and to grow relationships with a longer term focus.
• Proactively identify, engage in, and drive strategic solution sales based on targeted customers;
• Create and manage sales pipeline and achieve pipeline conversion to sales targets.
• Developing and managing new business sales plan at an individual level
• Hands on lead generation from existing and new contacts
• Prepare quotes and proposals in conjunction with the Solutions Architects
• To oversee conversion of all clients sold to into billing clients
• Attend all training on existing or new services offered by the organization
• Know and adhere to all the setout sales processes and use the systems relevant to the processes
• Timely reporting on the set metrics on a weekly basis or as per the manager’s requirement
• Gather market intelligence and share with the team on a daily/weekly basis
• Ensure the active usage of the CRM tool for managing the sales process

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A college degree from an accredited institution
• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in technical sales in the ICT industry for Industry insight
• Track record in achieving set revenue targets
