• Getting the pick list from planning assistant.
• Planning on priorities of issuance.
• Commence of issuance process by identification of materials.
• Picking of materials.
• Additional materials.
• Returning materials to location.
• Kanban implementation

Support investigation of variances arising out of issuance process.

• Picking variance
• FIFO deviation
• FEFO issues.
• Contra variance.
• Zero stock.

Ensure that the issuance process is compliant with safety, health, human rights, environmental and quality requirements and code of business ethics.

• Handling Compliance.
• Stacking of materials.
• Ergonomic compliance.
• Materials storage compliance.

Support issuance pallets management.

• Pallets repairs
• Pallets issuing.

Support in Materials receipts.

• Receipts put-away and storage.
• labelling

To achieve the strategy of Zero Accidents, Defects and Waste, the Warehouse Operatives role is Expected should align with the safety, quality and compliance.

Warehouse Operative Job Requirements:

• High school Certificate OR Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain Management
• Driving license
• Forklift training certificate
• 2 years’ experience in FMCG
• Must be of high integrity and passion for excellence.
• Ability to work with flexibility and meet tight deadlines
• Action oriented individual with good planning & problem solving skills
• Analytical skills
• Computer literate.
• Good understanding of Stores management and warehousing functions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
