    Logistics and Repair Manager

    Logistics and Repair Manager Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage all shipments arriving in the country
    • Manage all stocks moves and levels within the country
    • Ensure the distribution centre is organised and working efficiently
    • Provide oversight on technical repairs and refurbishment department
    • Manage and coach repairs technicians and logistics officers
    • Report to MD and department heads with KPIs
    • Ensure weekly reports and documentation are achieved reliably
    • Speaking with the China company to organise relevant shipping documents
    • Liaising with the China company to ease our import process
    • Working with the clearing agents to manage customs clearance
    • Handle tax exemption requests
    • Ensure efficient clearing process
    • Monitor stock movements between warehouse and shops
    • Organise inter-company orders
    • Ensure shops continuously have the correct stock
    • Organise delivery of stock to shops to maintain stock levels
    • Maintain strong 5S warehouse management principles
    • Encourage 5S principles and other best stock practices throughout the business
    • Assist with product support investigations
    • Report on all product issues
    • Suggesting improvement to the refurbishment and stock management processes

    Qualifications for the Logistics and Repair Manager Job

    • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management or related field
    • At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain /Warehouse and or Logistics role in a busy work environment
    • Strong analytical, communication, decision making and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • A dynamic and positive attitude, excellent organization, coordination and planning skills

    Marketing Manager

    Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

    • Gathering costs for marketing strategy
    • Rolling-out marketing strategy across the country
    • Creating marketing material (incl. flyers, posters, radio)
    • Creating shop design (incl. paint, logo, furniture.)
    • Auditing shop design and implementing any corrections needed
    • Preparing detailed plan to roll out marketing strategy
    • Writing the necessary budget monthly
    • Identifying key suppliers
    • Building relationship with those suppliers
    • Implementing plan for marketing strategy
    • Creating through design thinking the material
    • Testing the material through a few iterations
    • Sourcing the material
    • Distributing it to Retail Area Manager for implementation
    • Supporting the RAM in implementing the marketing strategy
    • Recording effectiveness of strategy
    • Analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign
    • Reviewing if campaign should be continued or stopped
    • Suggesting marketing strategies to MD and BBOXX management

    Qualifications for the Marketing Manager Job

    • A degree relevant discipline (Business or marketing)
    • Have minimum 3 years of marketing work experience in FMCG or similar consumer focused industry
    • Be willing to travel in rural areas a large proportion of the week
    • Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Fluent in English
    • Desired skills include:
    • Excellent verbal communication, listening and phone skills
    • Experience in managing projects
    • Have a passion for beautiful things
