    Production Supervisor

    Our client is a medium sized manufacturer of packaging material. They seek to hire a production supervisor to ensure smooth operation of production and that the quality of the products is up to standard.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Planning and allocating of staff duties i.e. allocate task and set production target to ensure timely and accurate completion of timely targets.
    • Prepare the plan order and receive the material as per plan order
    • Meet quality targets through adherence of established operational methods and work place standards
    • Ensure effective and efficient utilization of material to avoid wastage
    • Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to
    • Maintain production equipment e.g. saws clear and organized to ensure good working order
    • Organize daily meetings lead the team to accomplish daily plans
    • Supervise and coordinate production & mold changeover, shutdown, monitoring of daily preventive maintenance
    • Maintain up to date production record

    Qualifications

    • Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
    • At least 3 year’s relevant quality inspection activities experience in a  plastic manufacturing or related environment
    • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to communicate technical issues and manage multiple priorities
    • Good reporting skills
    • Computer literate

    Finance & Administration Supervisor

    Our Client is a Kenyan owned company manufactures and distributes plastics packaging materials and has been in existence for over 25 years. They seek to hire a competent candidate to fill the post of Finance and Administration Supervisor. He or she will be tasked with reviewing financial reports, monitor accounts, and prepare activity reports and financial forecasts.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement sound departmental strategies and plans that facilitate achievement of company objectives.
    • Develop, continuously review and enforce the financial policies, procedures and internal controls that are in line with IFRS
    • Optimize billings, revenue collection including management of debt and expenditure control and analysis while reducing commercial losses to ensure financial sustainability.
    • Manage departmental staff performance, development, training and motivation for effective performance
    • Support other departmental heads in developing their budgets and continuously sensitize to train and maintain a commercial attitude to company operations while delivering services to meet customers’ satisfaction.
    • Consolidate company’s budget, control financial expenditure, prepare financial reports and respond to audit queries.
    • Prepare statutory, management and other reports as required by the various stakeholders including Managing Director.
    • Any other duties assigned by the Managing Director

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
    • CPA K holder
    • At least 3-4 years’ experience in similar experience
    • Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage
    • Significant exposure to administration is an added advantage
    • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Possess high sense of integrity and confidentiality

    Customer Service Officer

    Our client is a medium sized manufacturer of packaging material. They seek to hire a young vibrant, a problem solver and result oriented individual to fill the position of a Customer Service Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • To take accountability for timely comprehensive and conclusive customer responses through email, letters phone calls etc.
    • Attend to and resolve, provide feedback on customer requests in line with 1st contact resolution(FCR)
    • Pro-actively engage with customer to identify risks, problems and potential opportunities.
    • Update & maintain customer records
    • To inform and educate customers on products to ensure retention of existing customer; increase sales revenue and organizational customer base
    • Monitor and track customer requests by ensuring accurate customer records are documented; directed to relevant  department, and resolved to customer’s satisfaction
    • Perform customer on-boarding  and quality check to ensure customer retention
    • Support front office with customer follow up and policy disputes by providing resolutions as per set turnaround time
    • Mange customer document policy to ensure proper documentation for improved customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in Business Management
    • At least 2 years’ experience in Customer service
    • Excellent problem solving skills.
    • Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
    • Presentable and an outgoing personality
    • Administrative writing and reporting skills
    • Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion
    • A team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ambitious, hardworking and creative,
    • Results oriented
