    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Ordinary Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics engineering from a recognized Public Institution.
    • A Certification with relevant professional bodies will be a definite advantage.
    • At least ten (10) years post - qualification experience, 5 (Five) of which should be in a busy hands-on commercial service utility environment with heavy duty electromechanical equipment.
    • Proven people management experience and have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Be computer literate and techno savvy.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management. Business Management or B. Comm.
    • Must be a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM] or any relevant professional body.
    • Ten (10) year's relevant work experience. 5 (Five) of which as a Head of HR In a reputable utility Company
    • Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management and a member of IHRM with at least five years' relevant work experience in a similar capacity.

    Head Of Internal Audit and Risk Management

    Qualifications. Experience and Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Finance or Business Administration (Accounting option) or a business related degree from a reputable University and a member of CIA or any other internationally recognized Accounting and/or Auditing body of good standing.
    • Master's Degree in Accounting. Finance or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
    • Be a member of a professional body in good standing (ICPAK or any other recognized body):
    • A Certified Internal Systems Auditor (CISA) will have a definite advantage.
    • At least ten (10) years post - qualification experience. 5 (Five) of which should be In Audit at a Senior Level In a busy commercial Water utility environment or a reputable Audit Firm.
    • Experience of auditing ERP systems and conversant with Water Billing Systems.
    • Proven people management experience and have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Have demonstrated thorough understanding of the National Goals, Policies and Development Objectives including the Kenya Vision 2030:
    • Be computer literate and techno savvy.
