    Customer Care Office

    The candidate will be responsible for handling front-line telephone contact with customers, facilitating the earliest possible resolution of complaints and enquiries in line with the service standards and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Delivering customer service in line with ‘best practice’. Ensure compliance to relevant policies.
    • Providing point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with these through to a successful outcome
    • To take accountability for timely comprehensive and conclusive customer responses through email, letters phone calls etc.
    • Attend to and resolve, provide feedback on customer requests in line with 1st contact resolution(FCR)
    • Pro-actively engage with customer to identify risks, problems and potential opportunities.
    • Update & maintain customer records
    • To inform and educate customers on products to ensure retention of existing customer; increase sales revenue and organizational customer base
    • Monitor and track customer requests by ensuring accurate customer records are documented; directed to relevant department, and resolved to customer’s satisfaction
    • Perform customer on-boarding and quality check to ensure customer retention
    • Support front office with customer follow up and policy disputes by providing resolutions as per set turnaround time
    • Mange customer document policy to ensure proper documentation for improved customer satisfaction.

    Job Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in Business Management or any related field
    • At least 2 years’ experience in Customer service
    • Excellent problem solving skills.
    • Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
    • A team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills

    Head of Communications & Marketing

    The Head of Communications and Marketing serves as the arbiter of the brand voice and organizational storyteller. S/he is responsible for leading the communications department and guiding content production to ensure that external messaging remains consistent in brand, quality and tone and aligns with objectives. In consultation with senior management, s/he will be responsible for the development of communications and marketing strategy and plans, issues management and stakeholder relations strategies and will be charged with developing content that engages key stakeholder groups in support of strategic objectives. This is a fast‐paced role and requires the candidate to be proactive and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, flexibility and initiative.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for developing and executing the organization’s communications, marketing and public relations strategy and plans, including content marketing and social media strategy
    • Manage the planning, execution and evaluation of all communications and marketing materials to ensure clear, effective communication with customers and other stakeholders and alignment with organizational objectives and priorities
    • Oversee the end to end delivery of projects and services related to the development of original content
    • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that leverage content to build engagement
    • Drive corporate strategy and message development, pitch and announcement strategies.
    • Develop branding initiatives, internal communications and external media relations.
    • Determines communications strategy and execute programs to deliver communications objectives throughout the organization.
    • Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities. Serve as the lead writer, editor and primary contact for content review and approvals
    • Develop a wide range of communications and materials for external audiences and customers,
    • Continuously measure and evaluate communications and marketing performance through the use of analytics to maximize effectiveness and budget efficiency of initiatives
    • Oversee the maintenance and regular updating of the organization’s website
    • Advise the executive team, board of directors and other stakeholders on strategies and key messages for responding to media inquiries and interview requests
    • Manage and oversee the successful implementation of key company events, both internally and externally.

    Job Qualifications

    • Degree in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field
    • 5+ years management experience in a communications or marketing role
    • Expertise in developing and implementing communications, marketing and social media strategy
    • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, design and presentation skills
    • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
    • Experience identifying and analysing emerging issues and developing strategic responses
    • Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
    • Self‐motivated and proactive individual with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in a content based industry is considered an asset, such as publishing, media, communications or related field.

    Finance Officer

    The Finance Officer is responsible for processing of accounting entries in the accounting system in accordance with IFRS and tax laws. The Finance Officer will be responsible for posting entries in the trial balance and ensuring that monthly accounts are closed within the set timings. S/he will also be responsible for bank reconciliations and statutory returns.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Posting revenue in the trial balance.
    • Ensuring that all post-paid clients are correctly invoiced at the end of every month.
    • Ensure all expenses are correctly posted in the accounting system.
    • Ensure that all taxes are properly accounted for in the system.
    • Address all invoice discrepancies within the system
    • Maintain accounting schedules for all entries in the trial balance.
    • Ensure all supporting information is available for audit.
    • Capture all debtors and supplier transactions accurately within the system.
    • Prepare customer statements, bills, payments and invoices, and reconcile revenue and expenses
    • Prepare monthly debtors aged reports and advise commercial teams on overdue accounts.
    • Prepare monthly payroll
    • Ensure all payments and receipts are correctly captured in the trial balance.
    • Ensure that all tax and other statutory returns are filed and paid by due dates.
    • Prepare monthly reconciliations for company debtors and creditors.
    • Processing of fixed assets and depreciation in the system.
    • Accounting for the petty cash before replenishment.
    • Posting of payroll in the trial balance.

    Job Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
    • Qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent qualification is a key requirement. Have at least 3 years of related work experience.
    • Proficiency in accounting software.
    • Must have good understanding of tax laws.
    • Results and detail orientated with a hands-on approach Experience with budgeting and risk management is preferable.
