    ITH Program Manager

    Profile & Responsibilities

    The TIPM is directly responsible for developing and executing the In Their Hands (ITM) project theory of change, M&E Framework, and Triggerise project deliverables. Success will be measured at outcome levels. The first is increased conversion from enrollment to redemption for products and services. The second key outcome would be increased efficiency of the use of the t-safe platform to demonstrate lower acquisition and user uptake costs per user. The TIPM will be the key point of contact and Triggerise representative in the ITH/T-safe consortium. Which requires generating data dashboards, presenting outcomes, and reports to the consortium and funding partners. Staying on top of and coordinating the key performance indicators of the 30 Tikosystem areas is an important role the TIPM has with the Triggerise Kenya team. The TIPM will identify and trouble shoot challenges with the Triggerise and consortium team to deliver on outcomes. Being a key contributor to the Triggerise data analysis and evidence to decision making to execute a cadence of interventions that leads to outcomes. There are no direct reports to this position but managing internal and external partners on program development and execution will be a key deliverable. The TIPM reports to the Triggerise Kenya Country Lead and is responsible for national coverage of ITH in Kenya and will work closely across the Triggerise global teams and country teams. The TIPM is:

    • Committed to the mission, vision, and theory of change of Triggerise and the ITH project
    • Savvy in the latest methodologies and technologies in program execution and management
    • Creative in trouble shooting needs within a diverse team
    • Dedicated to data driven decision making for improved outcomes
    • Experienced in delivering successful performance improvement through tech strategies
    • Able to develop and execute program execution strategies that can be replicated nationally and geographically
    • Expert at networking, connecting, and supporting diverse actors at varying levels in the health and business community
    • Agile in writing reports, case studies, M&E Frameworks, and induction processes
    • Effective in setting up reward and compliance systems and bringing teams along to ensure timely and successful execution
    • Proficient in written and spoken Kiswahili and English
    • Able to travel domestically and internationally for trainings in collaboration with global teams
    • Successful at just getting things done.

    The TIPM role is dedicated full time towards the responsibilities listed above and will be based in Nairobi. She/he will report directly to the Triggerise Kenya Country Lead. The TIPM will be responsible for contributing to Triggerise’s global and national strategic goals. This is a contract position and will be assessed on overall success executing ITH/t-safe interventions that contribute to Triggerise’s overall health and wealth outcomes and specifically to the following KPIs:

    Managing successful execution of next generation Tikosystem: Development and execution of the ITH/t-safe project objectives and deliverables linked to Tikosystem.
    Deliver on cost efficient wealth and health impact: Program and Project interventions demonstrate cost per unit efficiencies over time.
    Tikosystem becomes the go to partner on demand creation for positive behaviors in health and wealth: Demonstrated increased conversion from enrollment to redemption for products and services. Increased retention of Tiko Pros and movement up the performance levels.

    TIPM Activities

    • Manage Development and Execution of ITH/t-safe Interventions: Translate the ITH/t-safe contract deliverables into an M&E Framework and execution plan. Coordinate internally and externally to ensure the successful execution of the plans while ensuring fiscal and contract compliance.
    • Manage Communication and Change: With the Kenya team determine how to link demand creation digital messaging and correct messaging on health services incorporated into the Tikosystem to lead to uptake of consistent use of services and products.
    • Coordinate data to decision making: Within Triggerise use the data generated from the Tikosystem to monitor and increase program execution. Ensure supporting documentation like case studies and profiles are developed and used to tell the story, Identify areas in the t-safe value proposition that can be improved for actors in the Tikosystem.
    • Measure increased performance: Outline key outcome metrics to measure increased performance and ensure Triggerise is always over performing.

    Tiko System Coordinator

The top line definition of this role is growing the Triggerise ecosystem footprint across Kenya by motivating and managing implementers in over 40 counties. Triggerise Kenya is growing rapidly and expanding to new counties each quarter.     Profile & Responsibilities

    The TSC is directly responsible for managing growth in Kenya. This means delivering on the execution of field operations and processes necessary to foster Tiko System ecosystem growth and innovation in over 40 counties. The TSC manages from 5-10 Area Tiko System Managers (ATSMs) who manage and coordinate the TikoSystem actors in their geographic area. The TSC is:

    • Committed to the mission, vision, and theory of change of Triggerise
    • Technically savvy, a proficient mobile, messaging, and application user
    • Experienced in managing teams of field operations and implementation to excel at national level objectives and outcomes
    • Dedicated to data driven decision making for improved outcomes
    • Able to build capacity of team and business partners
    • Knowledgeable in small business and has entrepreneurial spirit
    • Expert at networking, connecting, recruiting, and supporting various actors in the business community
    • Proficient in written and spoken Kiswahili and English
    • Able to travel domestically and internationally for trainings in collaboration with global teams

    The TSC role is dedicated full time towards the responsibilities listed above and will be based in central proximity to their assigned areas. She/he will report directly to the Triggerise Kenya Country Lead. The TSC will be responsible for contributing to Triggerise’s country strategic goals. This is a contract position and will be assessed on overall success within the TikoSystem and specifically to the following deliverables:

    TSC Activities

    • Manage Area Tiko System Managers (ATSMs): Recruit, induct, and retain, verify quality of communication to maintain 1,000 active Tiko Pro Agents per month per ATSM. Facilitate monthly impact and innovation meetings.
    • Stockists, Retailers, and Pharmacies: Verification of ATSMs’ recruitment and induction processes of targeted TikoSystem Actors to ensure retention (2 Stockists and 10 Retailers & 2 Pharmacies) per area.
    • Clinics: Work closely with ITH Project Manager on recruiting, inducting and retaining partner clinics providing services on successfully implementing TSAFE and Tiko Explore. Implement control and verification guidelines.
    • Troubleshoot system issues: Identify challenges and issues different actors have with TikoSystem. Identify malpractice issues and quickly report them to Country Lead and TikoSystem Data Analyst (TSDA). Use Dashboards and data analysis to monitor progress of staff and area KPIs.
    • Identifying and on-boarding new partnerships: Support the Country Lead and ITH Project Manager to identify new partners that add value and synergies to the TikoSystem. Effectively induct any new partnerships into the TikoSystem to ensure smooth operations and geographic growth of the TikoSystem.
    • Impact and Innovation Meetings: Facilitate monthly meetings either in person or via skype with teams at county level to understand and contribute to innovation that leads to success on national strategic goals.
