    Real Estate Sales Executive

    Our Client is a leading real estate company based in Nairobi, Kenya. They are seeking to hire an experienced Sales Executive who will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Manager in achieving sales targets within the assigned region by participating in sales and marketing activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Contributing to the achievement of allocated annual sales targets for the region by proactively and rigorously engaging in sales activities.
    • Working in conjunction with the Commercial Manager and business development team to identify sales opportunities in the region.
    • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers.
    • Communicating effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions, new product listings, and product de-lists.
    • Providing information feedback to the Commercial Manager, on customer requirements and competitor activity in the region.
    • Assisting the Commercial Manager in establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned sales area.
    • Maintaining contact with the clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Assisting the Finance department in collection of receivables.
    • Any other duties assigned to him/her.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a university degree in sales, marketing or business related field will be an added advantage.
    • Should have at least two years’ sales and marketing experience in a real estate company, Experience in selling high end commercial and residential property will be an added advantage.
    • Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
    • Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
    • Must have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Must have good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite

    Admin Assistant

    Our Client is in the flower-business providing shop-front and online services to a diverse client base. They are seeking to hire a well experienced Administration & Client Service Assistant who will be responsible for day-to-day operations in a demanding working environment, while supporting the team in achieving the company’s vision.

    Responsibilities  

    • Administer and monitor the finance system to ensure finances are maintained in an accurate, timely and confidential manner and that cash-flow is effectively managed.
    • Assist with preparation of the company budget and manage the operations within this budget
    • Implement financial policies and procedures as per the company handbook and ensure adherence, particularly in regard to petty cash.
    • Ensure that the clients have paid for services or products delivered and that the client/order database is kept up to date.
    • Handling petty cash and ensuring the invoices are prepared at the right time and delivered at the right time.
    • Ensure delivery notes are properly written, delivered to customers and copies filed.
    • Preparing weekly, monthly or on demand financial reports to the Managing Director and assist in the preparation of the annual report.
    • Ensure compliance with the legal requirements such as all employees having all the statutory documents (NSSF, NHIF, and PIN) and file copies in their personal files.
    • Work with the team to find ways of improving existing products and services
    • Welcome customers and help them with selection of the products they require as needed

    Qualifications

    Real Estate Project Manager

    Our Client is a leading real estate company based in Nairobi, Kenya. They are seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager whose role will involve overseeing the day to day management of all projects within the assigned region.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing oversight and direction to outside third parties (architects, engineers, construction professionals) on projects.
    • Engaging in engineering and environmental due diligence activities while working with a network of third-party firms.
    • Performing occasional on-site inspections of both existing assets as well as projects under
    • Performing review of both consultant recommendations and the underlying contractor request for payments.
    • Negotiating construction and professional services contracts.
    • Developing policies, procedures, and protocols aimed at providing superior advisory services to clients.
    • Providing and maintain project budgets, schedules, and other project related information and documentation utilizing standard project management tools.
    • Directing the completion of projects from inception through completion and provide input and ensure consistent performance
    • Following up and closing meetings with clients or tenants for schedule updates, direction and or changes on a regular basis throughout the life of the project.
    • Monitoring local legislation in all jurisdictions and meet with state, county, and other local officials as needed regarding matters that pertain to real estate development.
    • Working directly with other Senior Management Team members to provide leadership, strategic direction, and prioritize initiatives focused on client services, value delivery, efficiency/cost control, project planning, and resource management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the field of architecture, business, real estate, engineering or construction management
    • Licensed Engineer or Registered Architect
    • Five years minimum professional experience with building design and/or construction industry and/or real estate investment environment in a similar role.
    • Broad knowledge of real estate/property services finance with a high analytic aptitude.
    • Excellent planning, organizational and communications skills.
    • Experience in overseeing planning, design and construction projects, and advanced knowledge of the design and construction industry and standard practices
    • The ability to skillfully communicate at various levels in numerous situations with industry experts spanning several disciplines, subjects, and scenarios.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks – both short term and long term in nature – under stress of budget constraints, timeline demands, and high level of expected results.
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting financial business plans, budgets, and project schedules.
