- Develop the regional sales plan and strategy for achieving revenue targets through individual account plans.
- Manage relationships between customers and partners in the region to promote high levels of customer satisfaction resulting is repeat sales.
- Understand the customer business strategy; Play a consulting role to the customer by Identify requirements and providing solutions in collaboration with the internal technical teams.
- Collaborate with the internal teams and manage the biding process, follow up with customer approvals up until the sign off and receipt of the purchase order.
- Provide periodic reports re sales and forecasts for management decision making.
- 8-10 yrs of experience in Business Development and Technical Sales in the Telecommunication industry. Exposure in VAS products will be advantageous.
- A team player who is self driven and works under pressure with good negotiation skills.
- Should be willing to be based in the North / West African region or willing to work remotely with frequent travel in the region
