    Sales Team Lead

    Job description

    • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
    • Coach the sales team on best practices for closing more vehicle deals, provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
    • Meet sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed targets
    • Achieve sales forecast and compile required reports for review by management
    • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction
    • Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings
    • Build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relationships
    • Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
