We are Currently looking for an experienced Water engineer to be part of our adverse in-house engineering experts. He/She will design and maintain piping and flow routes through Water/Waste treatment plants, water distribution systems and sewers.

REQUIREMENTS.

• Have attained at least a Diploma in Water/Mechanical Engineering
• Have Minimum 15 Years’ experience in the same capacity or a relevant similar position
• Have at least 7 years’ experience in sewer, water works and piping systems
• Must be available for a full time job and ready to be posted for work across East African Region.
• Provide certificate of good conduct from relevant body
• Well acquainted with Ms. Office
• Must provide at least 3 references

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Producing designs, both initial outlines and full plans of sewage, water treatment and flood defense structures such as pump systems and pipe works
• Ensure water treatment plants and water distribution systems operate efficiently and reliably
• Plan and design tools, engines and machines to perform specialized functions such as delivering a steady flow of chemicals at a certain rate into the water supply at a treatment plant{C}
• Oversee the installation, operation and maintenance of equipments used for water and sewage infrastructure operations
• Writing well detailed reports and presenting project details/technical information to colleagues and clients
• Manage and maintain clean water & sewage services while monitoring flood levels and prevent flood damages
• Ensuring projects keep to budgets and set timescales
• Keeping to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines while maintaining an awareness on current environmental issues
• Supervising staff and site workers
• Liaising with clients, contractors, government agencies, local authorities and suppliers
• Using a variety of specialist computer applications/simulation software

We are Currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to be part of our in-house engineering experts team. He/She will utilize scientific and mathematical principles to device technical solutions for problems in construction, engine design and manufacturing. The said engineer will produce specifications for designs development and install new or modified mechanical components/systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have attained at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Kenyan University/Collage
• Have at least 15 years’ experience in the same capacity or a similar relevant position.
• Have at least 7 years’ active field experience as a mechanical engineer or in similar position
• Must be fluent in reading and interpreting project drawings and plans without supervision.
• Must be available for a full time job
• Have adverse knowledge of Project Management and Ms. Office, Particularly Excel
• Must provide at least 3 references
• Must provide a certificate of good conduct

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Submit a scope of works for each project that includes budgetary numbers and the goal of each project
• Undertaking relevant research and backing it up with well written reports and documentation.
• Perform initial and on-going design reviews
• Providing technical advice, producing & implementing designs and test procedures
• Deliver documentation offering critical analysis and suggestions for correcting errors
• Identifying process deficiencies and develop solutions to improve the said deficiencies
• Using computer aided design/modelling software in relating to the works intended to be accomplished
• Assessing projects requirements and measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines
• Maintaining and modifying equipments to ensure that they are in a safe, reliable and in efficient condition
• Agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers
• Collaborate with project managers to develop an accurate accounting of all engineering hours required for various types of internal projects
• Develop CAD project drawings and review data from junior team members for accuracy
• Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products
