Details:

The position entails processing and monitoring goods leaving the company by using the relevant shipping documents such as: invoices, LPOs, Delivery notes etc.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising Truck Arrivals and offloading at Airport premises
• Ensuring cargo is weighed and countersigned all the dockets
• Ensuring products are presented to the KEPHIS inspector in good time for inspection.
• Responsible for the collection of Phytosanitary certificates and other relevant export documents and the subsequent delivery to the handling agents as required.

You will;

• Be computer literate
• Be fluent in English
• Be able to work under pressure and well-organised
• Be physically fit and able
• Educated to ‘O’-level
• Have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a busy / similar firm
• Possess training in aviation
• Be able to work flexibly and 6 full days per week
• You will be trustworthy, hardworking and able to take instruction

• Be computer literate, numerate, keen to detail and able to work quicky
• Be fluent in English
• Be able to work under pressure and well-organised
• Be Educated to degree level
