    Graphic & Web Designer

    TYPE: 2 Year Contract (Renewable)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for a talented graphics and web designer to create amazing user experiences & websites. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design having superior user interface design skills. The candidate should have a minimum 2 year proven experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to clients.
    • Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
    • Create wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
    • Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive levels
    • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
    • Provide user-centered design expertise from concept to delivery, and from reporting to analysis
    • Design and develop responsive websites using the latest HTML5 standards to support various products.
    • Test websites and applications for accessibility and usability.
    • Participate in preparing requirements and specification.
    • Develop creative graphics, designs & web pages based on client direction.
    • Maintaining web content and undertake website updates for clients.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Experience: Minimum 2 years of graphics and web design experience

    Education/Training: Post-secondary education in Web Design or Graphic Arts & Design

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • Proven work experience as a web designer
    • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
    • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
    • Proficiency in HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
    • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
    • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
    • Ability to work independently on complete projects.
    • Ability to meet project delivery timelines.
    • WordPress and Joomla experience is a must.
    • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
    • Candidate proficient with graphics softwares such as Photoshop, illustrator, etc will be a plus
    • Good at following practices like W3C standards, tableless layout, cross browser compatibility & SEO friendly markup.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively manage several projects simultaneously.
    • Motivated to achieve and exceed client expectations, value client retention and want to be trusted to take ownership of design.

    Digital Marketing Executive

    TYPE: 2 Year Contract (Renewable)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Digital Marketing Executive’s role is to strategize, execute and analyze overall marketing initiatives resulting into qualified business leads and revenue generation

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the company.
    • Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules for Ebits Online Ltd and its Social media marketing customers.
    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification.
    • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages users to take action.
    • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
    • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
    • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
    • Optimize lead nurturing process and marketing automation through content, social channels, and email
    • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing domain with at least 2 years of proven working experience in digital marketing

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Extensive experience in using email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Sendgrid etc.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
    • Keen attention to detail
