Job Description:

• Development of quality goals and targets as part of the organization’s strategic plan.
• Maintain an overview of entire production and customer service process to ensure product quality.
• Perform routine material, process and product sampling, and testing.
• Submission of periodic reports on material/process quality results to the Plant Manager and Business Head.
• Liaise with external bodies e.g. UNBS to ensure compliance various standards
• Resolve customer complaints related to quality.

• Should be Mechanical Engineer with ample knowledge in ERP processing, preferably SAP.
• Qualification: Minimum 6 years of production experience in a busy manufacturing organization

Job Description:

• Creates a production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
• Ensure   daily production   requirements   are achieved  to meet  customer   expectation
• Data  analysis   and decision  making  to support   raw material supply and finished  goods  demand
• Analyzes  production   specifications    and plant  capacity data and  performs  mathematical    calculations  to
• determine manufacturing processes,   tools, and human resource requirements.
• Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite the flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
• Complete status reports for production progress,  work in process,   and raw material inventory.
• Interacts   with  shop   floor  management   on  a  daily  basis   to  resolve  issues  regarding   manufacturing efficiencies   or   additional    information    as  requested    from   Manufacturing,    Customer     Service   and
• Accounting.
• Confers with department supervisors to determine the status of assigned projects.
• Prepares production reports.
• May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency.
