    Valuer and Associate Valuers

    Details:

    • Graduate in Land Economics/ Real Estate. Masters will be an added advantage. Registered with the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
    • Registered and Licenced Valuer.
    • Wide experience on valuation work in the residential & commercial sectors including banks & corporates.
    • Display of strong leadership & commitment
    • Good written & spoken English is compulsory
    • Knowledge: Feasibility Studies, Market Research, Real Estate Advisory and Property Management
    • Sales experience in property sales is essential
    • Remuneration pegged to target performance and business volumes
    • Driving Licence an added advantage
