Valuer and Associate Valuers
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience None
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Real Estate
Details:
- Graduate in Land Economics/ Real Estate. Masters will be an added advantage. Registered with the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
- Registered and Licenced Valuer.
- Wide experience on valuation work in the residential & commercial sectors including banks & corporates.
- Display of strong leadership & commitment
- Good written & spoken English is compulsory
- Knowledge: Feasibility Studies, Market Research, Real Estate Advisory and Property Management
- Sales experience in property sales is essential
- Remuneration pegged to target performance and business volumes
- Driving Licence an added advantage
