 Job Responsibilities:

• Accurate and on time update of inbound and outbound materials at the warehouse.
• Daily update of stock report of all the godown and any deviation analyzing of root cause and escalating the same to warehouse Manager/HOD
• Keep the track record of Belts,pallets,hardware and timber
• Coordinating .
• Warehouse travelling Inventory documents are verified for discrepancies between inventory and actual inventory  
• Daily statistics of diesel oil and various oils in and out of storage and make orders in POS system
• Clean up hardware storage hygiene,responsible for the corresponding health area to do a good job for 5s
• Other tasks as assigned 

Qualifications 

• Diploma  in data management operations or related studies
• Working experience of more than 1 year 
• SAP Knowledge will be an added advantage
• Computer Skills must be profient in word,excel and powerpoint

• Identifying the right code and the location.
• Monitoring the movement of the stock inside the Warehouse department.
• Signing the waybills after confirming the loaded quantity.
• Identifying damages and facilitating the sorting.

• Any other task that may be assigned.

Academic Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in purchase and supplies.
• 1 year work experience working in a warehouse.
• Writes and speaks fluent English and Kiswahili.
