    Job Summary

    The Position

    Lori is seeking a proven leader with a focus on execution to join the team as our Global Head of Sales. You will define the company’s global sales and marketing strategy, while building the supporting systems and structures to scale. You will work on optimizing customer acquisition, delivering best-in-class account management and fine-tuning Lori’s go-to market by region. You will be required to build and manage regional sales teams across cargo, transport and marketing.     East Africa Head of Sale

    The Position

    Lori is seeking a highly energetic, hands-on Head of Sales - East Africa, who will drive the region’s growth, while executing on the company’s global sales strategy. You will be required to scale a salesforce across cargo and transport, including customer acquisition and end-to-end account management. You will develop processes and drive adherence, allowing for scalability at a rapidly growing start up. You will need to identify and escalate critical blockers for growth, to the GM, CEO and global leadership team to debottleneck. An analytical mindset, process orientation, speed and communication are vital. The role requires the ability to transition between in-the-weeds execution and data-driven systems/structure building.

As CFO, you’ll have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting and finance, with a focus on charting our financial course for the next 5yrs and beyond.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop financial and tax strategies
    • Manage capital raises and budgeting processes
    • Optimize transaction processing systems and record keeping
