The Position
Lori is seeking a proven leader with a focus on execution to join the team as our Global Head of Sales. You will define the company’s global sales and marketing strategy, while building the supporting systems and structures to scale. You will work on optimizing customer acquisition, delivering best-in-class account management and fine-tuning Lori’s go-to market by region. You will be required to build and manage regional sales teams across cargo, transport and marketing. Lori is seeking a highly energetic, hands-on Head of Sales - East Africa, who will drive the region’s growth, while executing on the company’s global sales strategy. You will be required to scale a salesforce across cargo and transport, including customer acquisition and end-to-end account management. You will need to identify and escalate critical blockers for growth, to the GM, CEO and global leadership team to debottleneck.
