2023 Graduate Management Program at ICEA Lion Group

In our quest to continue building this winning team, we are looking for suitable candidates to fill the open opportunities in our 2023 Graduate Management Program. This is a full-time program which will run for 18 months in rotational cycles during which the trainees will be taken through a rigorous on-the-job work experience comprising job rotations, work assessments, technical and soft skills training, progress measurement, reviews, appraisals, mentoring and coaching.
Trainees will be expected to take accountability for, and commit to continuous self-development throughout the duration of the program in order to achieve a high level of competence as they gain critical skills and valuable experience in the following areas of our business:

• General Insurance (Business Development and Operations)
• Life Assurance (Business Development and Operations)
• Pension Fund Administration, Trusts and Estate Planning
• Investment and Property Management

Academic/Professional Qualifications:

• Application is open to graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in Commerce, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, and Information Technology/Computer Science.
• Applicants must have graduated in the year 2021, 2022 or completed their coursework and awaiting graduation at the time of submitting their application.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
