Marketing Manager at SportPesa

Job Responsibilities

• In liaison with the Chief Marketing Officer develop and execute an effective marketing strategy
• Prepare, manage and monitor short term and long term marketing budget
• Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders such as media, suppliers, customers
• Coordinate activations and product launch events, evaluate all activations and marketing campaigns to ensure achievement of set objectives
• Coordinate the production and distribution of all marketing merchandize
• Drive the performance of the marketing team through guidance, motivation and performance management
• Carry out market and intelligence surveys and report accordingly
• Coordinate and provide guidance on the development and execution of all activities and campaigns geared towards brand strength and
• endearment across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related field
• Post graduate marketing qualification
• Member of a marketing professional body
• At least 5 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• MS office, SEO, Social media management
• Highly flexible
