    Sales & Marketing Executive - Cab Company

    Role Summary

    • To acquire long-term clients for the company through marketing strategies. Implement the Sales and marketing plans and safeguarding of the company image.
    • Develop long-term professional and profitable relationships with assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring business growth through excellent and personalized customer service and resolve of client queries for achievement of repeat business.
    • Research on market trends
    • Acquire clients
    • Retain clients
    • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned portfolio of clients
    • Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, profitable and professional customer relationships
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and set companywide customer service objectives
    • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
    • Dealing with client queries and complaints in a clear and efficient manner
    • Ensure client expectations are met to the highest degree
    • Building relationships with clients
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management

    Salary:25,000 + Commissions
