Field Accountant & Admin Job Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly cash requests,
• Consolidate and review expense documents to ensure adequacy before payments/ transfers,
• Prepare and submit cashbook as well as journal expenses in Navision accounting software,
• Support in preparation and review of project financial reports
• Provide administrative support to project team and have monthly admin reports
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by line supervisor

Qualifications for Field Accountant & Admin Job

• Diploma/Degree in accounting or related discipline from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 year hands-on experience in accounting/finance. Experience working with an international
• Non-Governmental Organization will be an added advantage,
• Computer literacy with good command in Microsoft office a must
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in Navision software of accounting will be an added advantage
• Ability to work in a diverse team, impartiality and able to work under harsh conditions.
• Ability to meet deadlines Good report writing skills and presentation skills (in English)
