IT Specialist

The roles and responsibilities for the ideal candidate are
- Assist in the installation of new hardware and software and help in maintaining
- Protect customers’ data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
- Access the infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
- Manage daily operations in the IT department
- Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
- Co-ordinate with vendors, contractors and clients
- Any other role assigned to him/her by the immediate supervisor
The Requirements for this position are:
- Diploma in IT, computer science, telecommunication engineering or any related field
- Industry certification and membership will be a plus
- Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills
- Proven track record in maintaining IT structural integrity
