The incumbent will be based in Kenya

Requirements are:

• Must be eligible to live and work in Nairobi and flexible to travel as and when needed
• +/- 20+ years experience
• Civil engineering/electrical engineering  qualification with MBA
• Built environment, roads, rail water or power
• experience with large EPC E&C firm, large consulting engineering firm and or WB/AFDB/commercial experience
• must have built and led teams of multi-disciplinary consultants
• worked in government environments and with multilateral development banks,
• must have master planning/portfolio management and project management experience - at a strategic rather than "dirt on the boots" level,
• must have good relationships in East Africa
• must be able to network and generate work
