    Operations & Service Manager

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop a system that fully manages all different client categories and ensures maximum utilization of all allocated company resources.
    2. Manage cost of sales to attain company revenue target.
    3. Ensure office premise and equipment are well maintained and set up in all sites and develop initiatives that ensure maximum coordination between the sites and the offices.
    4. Identify and advise on process improvement initiatives that will aid in the management of the company services in a more efficient and cost effective way.
    5. Build capacity to suffice needs of clients including managing lead time in conjunction with procurement, managing employees and provision of tools of work for the employees.
    6. Coordinate supervisory roles to ensure that services offered are as per client agreement at various client locations.

     Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

    • University degree in a Business related field.
    • Minimum three years relevant experience in a busy work environment.
    • Experience in the Hospitality industry is required.
    • Excellent customer relations skills with a keen commitment to delivery of superior customer service.
    • Ability to plan and organize work schedules.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision making skills.
    • Must have proven experience in leading and managing employees and teams.
