Maintenance Supervisor Job Responsibilities

• Must have in Experience with Production Machines and Packaging Equipment.
• Responsible for resolving equipment problems and repairs
• Maintain Production Equipment
• Perform Preventive Maintenance tasks on Production Equipment
• Performing various mechanical tasks
• Responsible for maintaining building equipment
• Inspect components of industrial equipment for accurate assembly and installation.
• Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests.

Qualifications for the Supervisor Job

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Must have technical and design background.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry especially Milk factories
• Basic computer skills and internet access
• Must have strong CAD ability
• Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed technical communication skills
• Ability to maintain detailed, accurate records, and prepare necessary reports
