A large and growing business based in Hatfield is looking for a self motivated and ambitious individual to join their Finance team to support the Financial Planning Manager. Working with colleagues and teams across the wider business, you will provide analysis and support on day to day decision making for the business.

- Produce weekly Operating Cost variance analysis for review by the senior Management team and detailed variance analysis / site P&L’s for review with the Operations teams
- Provide a clear understanding of the financial performance that provides management insight and supports decision making
- Work with the wider Operations Finance team to consolidate budgets and re-forecasts for Costs and Capex
- Support the production of key performance indicators and demonstrate how these fit with financial results
- Be studying towards an ACCA or CIMA qualification, ideally towards the latter stages
- Have strong Excel skills and ideally have experience with modelling
- Be a determined individual who can challenge the status quo
- Be a strong communicator
