Operational Risk Associate at NetGuardians

The position

• Prepare demo for customer pack i.e. slides and demo for Supports sales team during assessment needs (workshop)
• Work closely with the sales team in ensuring successful wins
• Support Professional Services Team during implementation (workshop)
• Handle RFP’s /RFI’s process
• Assist in operational risk consulting
• Define, monitor and document new anti-fraud patterns (NG|Screener’s controls)
• Support marketing activities (Webinar; content management; conferences)

You

• IT Auditor with experience in the Banking sector
• University degree in Business Information System or equivalent
• CISA or CISM certified is a strong plus
• Comfortable with CoBit and COSO
• Fluent in English
• Strong Operations & Controls, Process Management and Execution Skills
• Business oriented and team player
• Creativity and flexibility
• Interpersonal skills
