    Regional Manager

    The successful candidate shall be required to develop effective management plans of the regional licensing activities. The RM shall report to the Head of Licensing, KAMP-PRISK.

    Regional Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Supervise Licensing Agents in the assigned region.
    • Manage and coordinate assigned regional licensing and enforcement activities.
    • Develop and implement licensing plans and Collecting strategies
    • Expand and develop licensing platforms
    • Manage the productivity of the licensing plans and projects
    • Monitor, review and report on a weekly basis all licensing collection results of the assigned region.
    • Manage the Societies related operations within his/her region
    • Build strategies for better revenue collection

    Qualifications for the Regional Manager Job

    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with one year experience in sales and marketing or Diploma with at least three years experience in sales and marketing preferably with demonstrable performance record in either scenario.
    • Good knowledge of copyright and related rights is an added advantage. Candidates with vast experience in sales and marketing in this area are highly encouraged to apply.
    • Integrity and honesty with no criminal past. Good Conduct certificate shall be a requirement.
