Research Assistants at International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI)

Position description:

IBTCI is currently seeking for Research Assistants for USAID/Kenya, HIV/RH/MNCH baseline assessment project. Kenyan citizen are strongly encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Read research and extract relevant data
• Organize data tables, figures, and references
• Review collected data for accuracy and completeness
• Perform other duties as they come

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Working experience with USAID or international NGOs is required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Previous experience conducting household survey in the country;
• Previous experience conducting focus group discussions;
• Previous experience using handheld (android-platform) devices.
• Must have at least five years’ progressive experience working in Kenya and/or other developing country contexts

Education:

• A minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field;
