Those to be appointed must have:
• A Bachelors degree from a recognized University in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance or its equivalent
• CPA Final
• Six (6) years relevant experience of which three years must have been as an Assistant Accountant grade 9/10 or its equivalent.
• Practical knowledge of ICT in relevant area is mandatory.
• Must have displayed exemplary work performance
• Must meet the requirements of chapter 6 of the Kenyan constitution
• Masters degree in relevant field will be an added advantage.
