Manager - Digital Products at Postal Corporation of Kenya

EXTERNAL ADVERTISEMENT (REF) NO 1/ 2017

1. Duties and Responsibilities.

1. Develop new or enhanced capabilities of various services of Digital Products and business.

2. Develop and model price and value propositions for digital products and services.

3. Develop superior user experience and processes on digital services

4. Drive sales, collections, payments and transfers on digital channels

5. Execute Product implementation between Business; Operations, Technology in the Corporation & all third parties.

6. Negotiate and maintain service level agreements with relevant functions and third parties.

7. Create tools to gauge market perception of various digital products and services.

8. Prepare project status reports and channel performance presentations on a monthly basis or as required.

9. Develop work plans for new and improved capabilities, together with internal and external partners and ensure that timelines are met.

10. Development and tracking of KCSA (Key Control Standard Assessment) Audit, compliance and risk assessment (initial and ongoing) self-assessment.

11. Perform any other duties as assigned by the controlling officer from time to time.

Requirements for Appointment.

1. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce or equivalent;

2. Relevant Masters Degree or Professional Post-graduate Diploma;

3. Membership of relevant professional body;

4. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling products on a digital platform or similar work experience in a technologically based firm.
