    Recruiting Associate

    About this role

    As a Recruiting Associate, you are at the forefront of candidate evaluation, responsible for identifying top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to effectively and efficiently identify the best candidates and progress them through the recruiting pipeline.

     

    What You Will Do

    • Screen CVs using role-specific criteria; make decisions to reject or proceed candidates
    • Shape a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely and professional standardized communications are sent
    • Highlight candidates questions and issues with the Talent Acquisition Manager for timely resolution
    • Implement newly-developed recruitment systems and tools; share constructive feedback for continuous improvement based on systems use and challenges  

     

    What You Should Have

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Professional written and spoken English proficiency
    • Intermediate computer skills; ability to use MS Word, Excel and email

    • Flexible and self-motivated with the drive to do whatever necessary to get the job done
    • Diligent and pays close attention to detail, even over time on repetitive tasks
    • Willingness and eagerness to learn and master new technical and professional skills
    • Proactive at identifying and communicating challenges and proposed solutions to successfully accomplish work

     

    What we expect

    Immediate availability for an initial three-month commitment with the possibility for extension or permanent role offer for outstanding performers. Desire to learn new things and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
