Head of People & Culture

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
- Professional HR qualification and valid membership/practising credentials as required under applicable Kenyan regulations.
- Minimum 8 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience leading a country-level or multi-site HR function.
- Strong working knowledge of Kenyan employment legislation, employee relations and HR
- Proven experience in organisational development, performance management, culture transformation and workforce planning.
- Experience in healthcare, retail, technology or another fast-paced operational environment is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, people analytics and management reporting.
