Junior Research Executive at Afrovas & Research Services Ltd

Objectives:

 Facilitate smooth running of research projects from commissioning to final presentation.

 Build strong regular working relationship with clients under your team’s account; actively contributing in meetings and presenting results or strategies.

 Continue to grow as a Market Research professional and apply new knowledge in your service to clients. Key roles.

 Assist in developing new business among existing clients and identifying and sharing potential customer leads.  Estimate project investments and monitor costs during projects to guarantee profitability.

 Draft and attend business proposals and pitches with senior team members.

 Analyze data and provide insights.

 Be a primary creator of research instruments and design. Such instruments include questionnaires, reports, proposals, data maps, identifying and managing cost implications and troubleshooting.

 Build junior team members.

 Do client presentations with or without partners.

 Travel whenever duty calls.

Qualifications;

• A degree in a research or related field.
• Master’s degree added advantage.
• Minimum 3+ year’s proven experience in a research or related field in a leadership position.
• Must be 45yrs or younger.
• If foreign national must speak Swahili fluently. German, Spanish or French an added advantage.
