Head of Partner Operations at Sendy Limited

Detailed Responsibilities:

Analyze data and trends for continued growth

• Conceptual thinker who reviews daily, weekly and monthly data to map out current trends and predict future trends
• Analyzes data and trends on order volumes, order cancellation and customer retention to create operational strategies that ensure effective order fulfillment at all times
• Strategic individual who examines the strengths and weaknesses of existing processes, identifies gaps and potential of the processes to create strategies that support long term growth

Manage operations

• Relationship builder who is able to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with riders and truck owners to ensure efficient fulfillment of all orders
• Forward thinker who anticipates potential problems, conflicts and disasters, and develops contingency plans to manage them
• Detail-oriented individual who manages complex operations that have multiple touch points to ensure that no business is lost through cancellation of orders

Build, manage and coach a team

• A coach and trainer capable of creating training modules for riders, building capacity of the operations team to train riders and overseeing the delivery of the training
• Results-oriented manager who sets clear goals for their team, tracks and manages team performance within the set KPIs while giving feedback and addressing performance problems
• Fosters team integration by understanding and addressing the needs of the multi-generational and multi-cultural operations team and partners (riders)
